HIRING – HR Manager | Rotterdam, Netherlands. NGR Search Partners is currently looking for a skilled HR Manager for a prominent international construction and infrastructure company involved in a major project in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The client is a well-established global organization with a strong reputation in large-scale construction, infrastructure, and complex international projects. As the project is in its initial phase, they need a proactive HR professional to help develop the local HR framework from the ground up.
De rol: As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes for the project.
- Serving as the primary HR contact for employees and project management.
- Managing employee relations and daily HR operations.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensuring HR practices comply with Dutch employment laws and local market standards.
- Advising managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Coordinating HR administration and employment documentation.
- Assisting in the development of the HR function as the project and workforce expand.
- Managing and supporting HR team members as needed.
- Collaborating closely with local and international stakeholders.
