Ben jij een HR-student die graag wil ontdekken hoe het er achter de schermen van een grote internationale organisatie aan toegaat? En zoek je een stage waar je veel kunt leren, jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en onderdeel wordt van een gezellig team? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Vanaf februari hebben wij een stageplek beschikbaar binnen ons HR-team. Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan uiteenlopende HR-werkzaamheden en ontdek je hoe veelzijdig het HR-vak eigenlijk is.
De Stage
Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je ondersteunt het HR-team bij verschillende werkzaamheden en krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken en initiatief te nemen. Zo houd je je bezig met:
- Het ondersteunen bij HR-projecten;
- Het bijwonen van overleggen en meedenken over nieuwe ideeën;
- Het beantwoorden van vragen van collega's en winkelmanagers;
- Het verwerken van personeelswijzigingen zoals contractverlengingen en functiewijzigingen;
- Diverse administratieve werkzaamheden die horen bij de HR-afdeling.
