Are you an HBO student at the Higher Hotel School looking to discover how HR operates in the dynamic world of hospitality? This is your chance!

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern for PPHE Hotel Group to join the HR team at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam and art'otel Amsterdam, both located directly opposite Amsterdam Central Station. On Tuesdays, you may occasionally work from our headquarters in Amsterdam Sloterdijk.

During your internship, you will gain a comprehensive view of HR and contribute to:

• Employee engagement and satisfaction;
• Absenteeism and HR support;
• Recruitment projects and attracting new talent;
• Various HR projects where you will take on independent responsibilities;
• The potential implementation of the new Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement;
• Organizing the Sinterklaas and Christmas parties for our staff.

You will not only be involved in administration but will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to HR and our employees.

Who are we looking for? An enthusiastic HBO student, preferably from the Higher Hotel School, who is curious, takes initiative, and enjoys working with people. You should speak and write good Dutch and English and find it enjoyable to work in an international and dynamic hotel environment.
