• Support recruitment efforts and assist in attracting top talent.
• Help with pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Learn about payroll procedures and assist with personnel administration and employee changes.
• Support daily HR operations, including handling employee inquiries, preparing contracts, reporting, and HR administration.
• Assist with Compensation & Benefits initiatives and HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR data.
• Learn about Dutch labor law and its application in an international context.
• Contribute to various HR projects and process improvement efforts.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration with an HR focus, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Interest in people, business, and the role of HR in organizational success.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Previous HR experience is not necessary – we will support your learning and growth.
• Available for 5–6 months starting September 2026.
