We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support our crew discipline team with various HR-related tasks. In this role, you will work closely with managers and operational teams to ensure crew members receive the necessary support during their employment journey.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for crew members and managers regarding HR topics such as compensation, leave, attendance, and employee relations.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and crew data in the Crew Management System.
• Assist in improving HR processes and daily operations.
• Collaborate with managers to facilitate employee growth, development, and career advancement.
• Aid in workforce planning by analyzing staffing needs and forecasting future crewing requirements.
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, procedures, and guidance materials.
• Work with the recruitment team to address hiring needs and support workforce availability planning.
• Participate in interviews and candidate evaluations with hiring managers and subject matter experts.
