In the role of HR Consultant Absence Management at Thuiszorg Het Friese Land and Noorderbreedte, you will play a crucial role in supporting managers, employees, and HR colleagues with all administrative processes related to absence. You will work within the HR Service Team, ensuring that all parties can rely on the careful, complete, and timely processing of absence files.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate execution of laws and regulations regarding absence.
• Monitor sick reports and manage necessary changes towards UWV.
• Process and evaluate incoming correspondence from UWV.
• Keep absence files up to date and monitor important deadlines.
• Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Manage functional mailboxes and ensure timely and correct handling of inquiries.
• Support managers with questions about absence registration and procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improvements in processes and workflows.
• Maintain contact with managers, HR advisors, payroll administration, occupational health services, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and management information on absence.

Requirements

You are someone who enjoys creating overview and thrives in a smoothly running process! In this role, you will significantly contribute to reliable and accessible HR services. You actively think about how processes can be organized more intelligently, clearly, and efficiently. Additionally:

• A completed HBO education, preferably in HRM, Personnel & Labor, or administration.
• Experience with administrative processes, preferably within HR or absence management.
• Knowledge of absence processes and relevant laws and regulations is a plus.
• You work accurately, structured, and diligently.
• You are customer-oriented and communicate easily with various target groups.
• You are digitally skilled and quickly adapt to new systems.
• You know how to prioritize and maintain an overview, even when tasks pile up.
