Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van een afdeling en fungeert als HR Business Partner. Je neemt het initiatief en pakt kansen waar nodig, niet alleen voor Muskusrattenbeheer en Concerncontrol, maar ook voor andere afdelingen indien nodig.
Over het Team:
Je komt te werken in het team Mens & Organisatie, bestaande uit ongeveer 30 collega's, waaronder HR Business Partners, medewerkers personeels- en salarisadministratie, recruiters en specialisten. We hebben een informele sfeer en ondersteunen elkaar actief.
