Als HR Assistant ondersteun je ons team en vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen administratieve HR-processen. Je helpt bij het coördineren van sollicitatieprocedures, het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en het ondersteunen van medewerkers bij HR-gerelateerde vragen. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met het HR-team en zorg je ervoor dat processen rondom werving, onboarding en personeelsbeheer soepel verlopen. Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die discreet, georganiseerd en communicatief vaardig is.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ondersteunen bij het plannen van sollicitatiegesprekken
- Bijhouden en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers
- Ondersteunen bij de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
- Beantwoorden van algemene medewerkersvragen over HR-onderwerpen
- Meehelpen bij het organiseren van HR-evenementen
