In this role, you will connect people, ideas, and interests. As an HR Advisor, you will work with various managers, colleagues, and teams, bridging strategic goals with human needs. You will create trust, encourage collaboration, and ensure everyone feels heard. Your ability to connect will foster a shared direction and support for change.

You will navigate smoothly between different levels and situations, from strategic discussions to practical interventions. You can quickly switch between urgent issues and long-term developments without losing sight of the bigger picture. Even under pressure, you remain calm and focused, prioritizing effectively while maintaining professionalism, even when workloads increase or interests clash.

You have a keen eye for what is happening within the organization, both formally and informally. You understand the culture, the dynamics between departments, and the underlying interests. This allows you to know when to push forward and when to align better. Your advice is not only strong in content but also tailored to the context, making it more readily accepted and effective.

You will join a team where you can independently find your way within the organization, thanks to your experience with government bodies, preferably at a municipal level. Your colleagues are there to guide you, but you are fully familiar with all the substantive aspects of the HR profession. You have experience with HR21 issues and can integrate them effectively.

We strongly prefer a candidate with experience in the physical domain and related tasks.
