As an HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and contribute to various HR initiatives. From recruitment to HR administration and from our vitality program to onboarding, you will ensure everything runs smoothly. You are a meticulous and trustworthy colleague who thrives in an open company culture. Together with our HR Business Partner, Kimberley, and HR Manager, Anne, you will work towards the common goal: 'enable people to perform at their best!'. Jouw rol

A selection of your tasks includes:

• Developing and overseeing initiatives related to employee wellbeing and satisfaction, such as our vitality program, conducting surveys, and organizing meetings.
• Ensuring proper HR administration and contributing to process optimization.
• Recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new colleagues.
• Being the first point of contact for employee inquiries, handling them professionally and confidentially.
• Payroll administration for our Dutch and Belgian employees. No experience? No worries, you will receive thorough training from your colleague, and we collaborate with our regular accounting firm and social secretariat.

Your first working day will start in our state-of-the-art office in Borne. Our office combines sales, training, innovation, and service in one sustainable, people-oriented location. Here you will find our Experience Center, where innovation comes to life, and many of our colleagues who contribute daily from various departments to our customers' success. Together with our Field Sales colleagues, who work from different regions in the Netherlands and Belgium and have direct contact with our customers.

In our HR team, you will work alongside Kimberley and Anne. We proactively collaborate with all departments to develop talent, strengthen culture, and optimize processes. Globally, we are part of the SFS Group, within which we at Hoffmann Group employ around 4000 employees worldwide for our customers.

Dit breng jij mee

• An Associate degree or BSc in HRM or a related field.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English and/or French.
• You are precise and able to handle confidential information discreetly.
• You have a proactive attitude and are eager to learn.
• Experience with HR systems such as NMBRS and Workday is a plus.
