We are looking for Croatian-speaking employees to join our team at Action! You probably know us as the store where you can find affordable craft supplies and tools. What you might not know is that we have a large HR department managing over 80,000 employees, which involves a significant amount of administrative work. Curious about what we do? In our international head office, we seek colleagues to assist with personnel administration for several countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Romania, Portugal, and Croatia. Our HR administration department is essential for managing employee relations across Europe. Each country team oversees all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to timekeeping and contract changes.
