We are looking for Croatian-speaking employees to join our HR team! Action is known for providing affordable craft supplies and has a large HR department supporting over 80,000 employees. This role involves managing personnel administration for various countries including Croatia, enhancing our HR operations across Europe.

De Rol

In this position, you will assist in the personnel administration for countries where Action operates. Each team is responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to timekeeping and contract changes. You will draft contracts, verify new hire information, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you will manage timekeeping, salary calculations, and absenteeism registration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Vereisten

• Completed MBO or university education, preferably in HR or administration
• 0-3 years of administrative/HR experience
• Excellent command of Croatian, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of English
• Additional languages from our operational countries are a big advantage
