We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Housekeeping Support Staff to join our Housekeeping team. About the Role

As a Housekeeping Support Staff member, you will assist the Housekeeping department by ensuring that public areas, storage spaces, and operational areas are kept to the highest standards. You will play a vital role in the smooth running of daily operations by helping with housekeeping tasks, deliveries, and guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Support Room Attendants by delivering linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
• Replenish storage areas and ensure housekeeping pantries are organized and fully stocked.
• Assist with the movement and setup of furniture, equipment, and guest requests.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Support the Housekeeping team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, facilities, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
