De Rol
We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas.
You will conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you will assist in training, developing, and motivating the team, while also helping with planning and organization. This is a hands-on position, where you will occasionally engage in cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.
Vereisten
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
- Sterke probleemoplossende en conflictoplossende vaardigheden
- Detailgericht met het vermogen om te multitasken in een drukke omgeving
- Duidelijke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om instructies op te volgen
- Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief avonden, nachten en weekenden
