The Role

We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas.

You will conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently upheld. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you will assist in training, developing, and motivating the team, while also helping with planning and organization. This is a hands-on role, where you will occasionally support cleaning duties alongside administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends
