• Daily Tasks:

  • Oversee staff performance during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current staff to enhance skills.
  • Process hours worked, productivity data, and quality reports.

• Weekly Tasks:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleaning standards are upheld and address inconsistencies.
  • Plan and execute training based on performance analysis, introducing new cleaning procedures.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve performance and acknowledge exceptional work.

• Monthly Tasks:

  • Evaluate staff performance, set goals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform monthly stock counts and reorder supplies as necessary.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the housekeeping department of a hotel or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment used in the hospitality industry, along with an understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures related to housekeeping.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
• Ability to professionally and promptly address and resolve guest issues or complaints.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
