The Role

You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards.
• Coordinating schedules, workflows, and room rotations for the outsourced team.
• Ensuring all rooms and public spaces are clean and ready for guests.
• Collaborating with Facilities for any maintenance needs.
• Managing housekeeping inventory and stock levels.
• Inspecting rooms and common areas to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Training and coaching team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Driving improvements in cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Experience working with outsourced teams or service providers.
• Attention to detail and passion for organized operations.
• Proactive approach to improving processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
