What You Will Do:

9:45 AM: After a cup of coffee or tea, you are ready to start your day in the Housekeeping Department.
10:00 AM: While checking the rooms, you will have a brief meeting with your colleagues to discuss last-minute changes regarding the rooms to be cleaned. One room needs an extra bed, another room is staying an extra day, and a third room requires additional towels.
12:00 PM: Enjoy lunch with colleagues from other departments.
3:30 PM: Some rooms are still pending inspection to ensure they meet our quality standards.
5:50 PM: Ensure everything is completed and provide a short handover to the Front Office.
6:00 PM: Time to go home!

What We Are Looking For:

You genuinely enjoy helping guests and have a natural 'always a pleasure' mentality, willing to go the extra mile for them.
You are a hard worker, flexible with your working days, detail-oriented, and see challenges as opportunities.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; a second language is a plus.
You have experience leading a team in the housekeeping department.
You strive to exceed guests’ expectations and maintain a positive attitude.
