We are seeking experienced housekeepers to enhance our team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of hotel rooms and public spaces to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring adherence to high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Change bed linen, towels, and other amenities as needed, keeping everything fresh and tidy.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Report maintenance issues or safety risks directly to the appropriate personnel.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and ensure that equipment is well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional service by promptly and politely responding to guest requests.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or catering is essential. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You must be capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues are important. Proficiency in Dutch or English is required, and additional languages are a plus. You must also possess the necessary documentation to work in the Netherlands.
