About the Role
This internship provides a comprehensive introduction to hotel operations and direct exposure to strategic decision-making at the management level. You will work closely with the Director of Operations, gaining insights into high-level decision-making and operational leadership. You will manage various projects and assist in all operational departments, actively supporting guest-facing roles when needed. This role is perfect for those looking to build a long-term career in hospitality and develop strong project management skills.
