The Role

As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will lead your team with a focus on both professional and personal development, fostering a positive team atmosphere. You will ensure effective scheduling and smooth work processes while taking charge of daily operations, demonstrating exceptional service standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading your team on an equal footing, providing coaching and regular feedback.
• Creating effective duty and holiday schedules and critically assessing existing processes.
• Actively participating in daily operations and leading briefings.
• Upholding Ruby's internal styles and quality standards.
• Supporting recruitment efforts to build a strong team.
• Managing monthly closings, inventories, and payroll preparations.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and other legal regulations.
• Collecting and analyzing guest feedback to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Completed professional training in hospitality or a related degree.
• Experience in an operational leadership role within lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy.
• Strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management.
• A motivating leader with a charismatic and authentic nature.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A warm personality with a hands-on approach to guest interactions.
