Join Conscious Group as a Hotel Management Intern at Hotel V Frederiksplein. This role offers hands-on experience in daily hotel operations, project management, and the opportunity to innovate within a supportive team environment focused on hospitality and sustainability.
We are Conscious Group, a collective of nine hotels, four Hotel V locations, five Conscious Hotels, and three restaurants, where hospitality, design, and sustainability unite. Our locations operate as one team, guided by our FOCAL values: Fun, Open, Connect, Ambition, and Love. Currently, we are seeking a Hotel Management Intern for Hotel V Frederiksplein.
As a future hospitality professional, this internship brings you closer to managing your own hotel. As a Management Trainee, you will oversee daily operations and collaborate with the Hotel Manager on various projects. This internship promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
During your shifts, you will support your team in various situations, whether it's managing busy times at the Front Desk, resolving guest complaints, or handling unexpected issues calmly and creatively. Your ability to connect with your team will help achieve outstanding results together.
In addition to operational duties, you will assist the Hotel Manager with ongoing projects and targets, while also initiating and leading your own projects focused on innovation and improvement. We encourage you to share your ideas!

- Je bent een HBO/WO-student (bij voorkeur in de hospitality, andere studierichtingen zijn ook welkom);
- Je zoekt een stage van minimaal 5 maanden;
- Je bent proactief, gepassioneerd en ambitieus;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goed taalgevoel;
- Bij voorkeur woon je in of nabij Amsterdam;
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om drie operationele diensten per week te werken, inclusief ochtend-, avond- of weekenddiensten.
