The Role

As a Hotel Day Ambassador, you will be responsible for various tasks that enhance guest experiences. Your typical shift may include:

• Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assisting guests at self check-in kiosks (no reception desk).
• Preparing and serving hot and cold meals.
• Brewing coffee or mixing cocktails.
• Acting as a concierge, providing insights on local attractions.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the living room and canteen, and arranging food displays.
• Assisting guests with any facility requests.
• Managing reservations in our property management system (PMS).
• Setting up meeting rooms as needed.

Requirements

To succeed at citizenM, you’ll need:

Typical shifts are flexible, operating 24/7:

• Morning: 6:50 AM - 3:10 PM; Evening: 2:50 PM - 11:10 PM. Each shift includes a paid briefing. Weekend availability is required.
