We're seeking a vibrant and reliable individual to join our Security Team as a Hostel Security Team Member. In this role, you'll help maintain a welcoming, safe atmosphere filled with good vibes, regardless of the time of day or night.

The Role

As a Security Team Member, your primary focus will be to ensure that every guest feels secure, relaxed, and supported. You will be a calming presence, whether you are welcoming early arrivals, assisting guests as they explore, or monitoring the hostel after hours.

Responsibilities

Be a visible and approachable presence throughout the hostel, including reception, social areas, the bar, and hallways.
Assist the reception team with check-ins, guest inquiries, and café service.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to manage noise levels and ensure guest safety.
Monitor outdoor areas and maintain communication with your team via radio.
Bring a positive, can-do attitude and ensure shift tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Enjoys variety in work and is comfortable with day and night shifts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A strong desire to be part of an inclusive and upbeat team.
