Let op: dit is een parttime rol voor 12 uur per week (dinsdagochtend, vrijdag hele dag). In de rol van Hostess / Receptionist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse service delivery op onze klantlocatie Deloitte in Arnhem. Je zorgt ervoor dat service requests snel worden opgevolgd, bent actief in het pand en tijdens controlerondes scherp op nette werkplekken en een prettig werkklimaat.
De Rol:
Je maakt je de details van het contract snel eigen. Je evalueert continu de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, hebt een goed luisterend oor en stelt je proactief op in het oplossen van klachten of problemen. Voor de uitvoering van werkzaamheden werk je nauw samen met contractors. Jij plant en organiseert werkzaamheden, verzorgt on-site begeleiding en aansturing, en stelt contractor-rapportages op.
