As a Hospitality Manager, you will work alongside your Host team to warmly welcome visitors and foster a friendly environment that makes our gym-goers feel at ease. You will handle guest requests through various channels, primarily in person, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will assist the Club Manager in daily operations, focusing on sales, quality, service, hygiene, and personnel management. A key aspect of your role will be to coach and manage the Host team in hospitality skills, elevating their performance through your dedication and enthusiasm.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors with a genuine smile and warm welcome;
• Coaching the Host team on hospitality;
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction;
• Supporting the Club Manager in daily operations;
• Jointly responsible for addressing questions and providing service to our members;
• Proactively sharing information about Urban Gym Group services (personal training, classes, etc.);
• Overseeing the club's appearance (hygiene, safety, maintenance, working conditions, etc.);
• Co-managing personnel-related tasks;
• Handling various administrative duties;
• Building a community within your team;
• Making everyone feel welcome and safe at TrainMore.
