In de rol van hoofd Corporate Communicatie ben je de drijvende kracht achter de interne en externe communicatie van Hogeschool Rotterdam. Je geeft leiding aan een team van twaalf communicatieprofessionals en hebt een duidelijke visie op reputatiemanagement. Je adviseert het College van Bestuur en andere stakeholders over strategische communicatievraagstukken, waarbij je theorie en praktijk effectief met elkaar verbindt.
Wat ga je doen?
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de koers, aansturing en realisatie van de communicatie binnen de hogeschool. Je team biedt vanuit verschillende expertises ondersteuning aan de strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je werkt samen aan belangrijke thema's zoals profilering, studenten succes, digitalisering, diversiteit en vastgoed.
Je team heeft expertise in reputatiemanagement, crisiscommunicatie en bestuursprofilering. Als leidinggevende ben je actief betrokken bij de werkzaamheden van je team en speel je een cruciale rol in crisiscommunicatie. Je werkt nauw samen met andere teams binnen de afdeling Marketing & Communicatie om een samenhangende communicatiestrategie te waarborgen.
