Topaz is er voor mensen die intensieve, specialistische zorg nodig hebben. Voor mensen die door ziekte, ouderdom of een combinatie van die twee niet meer zelfstandig kunnen wonen of tijdelijk ondersteuning nodig hebben. We helpen cliënten hun leven voort te zetten zoals ze dat zelf willen, ondanks hun gezondheidsproblemen. Vanuit de gedachte 'het hele leven telt' willen we liefdevolle, persoonlijke en hoogwaardige zorg bieden aan kwetsbare mensen met een complexe zorgvraag.

De Rol

Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en ADL-activiteiten. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld bij het opstaan, wassen, aankleden en eten. Daarnaast verstrek je medicatie volgens afspraak en heb je aandacht voor wat iemand nodig heeft om zich prettig en comfortabel te voelen. Met jouw betrokkenheid en zorgzaamheid draag je bij aan een fijne dag voor de bewoners.
