As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe movement of inoperable vehicles across the property. This includes loading and unloading vehicles from flatbed or car hauler trailers, as well as moving dirt or stones as necessary using a bucket.

Essential Functions

• Support operations by moving vehicles and assisting with property maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to read worksheets with simple instructions.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team without supervision.

Education

• Not applicable.

Experience

• Will train; however, 2-5 years of previous experience is preferred.
• Experience with wheel loaders and other heavy equipment is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in using two-way radios.

Certifications

• Forklift certification (provided on-site).
