Responsibilities

• Source clinical and allied health candidates (RNs, NPs, physicians, allied health)
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for healthcare roles
• Ensure compliance with healthcare credentialing and licensing requirements
• Build talent pipelines for challenging specialty and shift-based roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leaders on hiring strategies
• Track and report on funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and quality of hire

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare, life sciences, or staffing
• Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance
• Proficient with healthcare-specific ATS and sourcing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong candidate relationship management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, candidate-driven environment
• Discretion in handling sensitive candidate information
