We are looking for a Health Coach to guide members on their health and wellbeing journeys. This role integrates motivational interviewing with structured behavior change techniques to help individuals establish lasting habits.

The Role

As a Health Coach, you will conduct personalized coaching sessions through video, phone, or messaging. You will create tailored health and wellness plans, facilitate behavior change conversations using motivational interviewing, and track member progress and outcomes. Collaboration with clinical staff for members needing additional support is also part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining accurate documentation in our platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions via video, phone, or messaging.
• Develop personalized health and wellness plans with members.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to guide behavior change conversations.
• Track member progress, engagement, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for members requiring higher-acuity support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the platform.

Requirements

• Health coaching certification (NBC-HWC, ACSM, ACE Health Coach, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness coaching.
• Strong understanding of motivational interviewing and behavior change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an empathetic presence.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital coaching tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is a plus.
