• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Developing and delivering training sessions and toolbox talks for staff.
• Creating and updating safety policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance.
• Investigating accidents to determine causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Advising management on health and safety matters and ensuring compliance with safety legislation.
• Performing regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety processes and permits.
• Preparing internal health and safety reports.
• Building strong relationships with Project Managers and Site Teams to enhance site safety.
• Challenging unsafe practices when necessary and making informed decisions.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health and safety on construction sites.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Experience in implementing safety programs and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong background in risk assessment and management.
• Mandatory: NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Beneficial: Experience in auditing to ISO standards and incident investigation training.
