We are seeking a passionate Health and Fitness Coach to become an ambassador for our business. In this role, you will support our members in achieving their health and fitness goals by delivering high-quality group exercise sessions and designing personalized fitness programs. You will also assist with daily club operations, including cleaning, opening and closing duties, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group exercise sessions.
• Design and implement personalized fitness programming.
• Support day-to-day club operations, including cleaning and member engagement.

Requirements

• Strong passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification (preferred but not essential).
