The Role
As the Head of Transfer Agency & Investor Services (HoTA), you will manage the investor administration of our private assets and liquid investment funds. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from closings and capital calls to transactions, distributions, and investor reporting, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and comply with regulations. You will co-lead a team of specialists in the Netherlands alongside the Head of CDD and collaborate closely with our Center of Excellence in Bulgaria. Reporting directly to the management board, you will serve as a key contact for fund managers and be expected to contribute to the growth of our office while continuously developing your own skills.
