In the role of Head of Transfer Agency and Investor Services (HoTA), you will be accountable for managing the investor administration of our private assets and liquid investment funds. Your responsibilities encompass everything from closings and capital calls to transactions, distributions, and investor reporting, ensuring that all processes are executed on time and in compliance with relevant regulations. You will co-lead a team of specialists in the Netherlands alongside the Head of CDD and work closely with our Center of Excellence in Bulgaria. Reporting directly to the management board, you will serve as a vital contact for fund managers. • Co-leading the team in the Netherlands with the Head of CDD and collaborating with the team in Bulgaria.
• Ensuring quality, planning, and internal controls within investor administration.
• Managing closings, commitments, capital calls, distributions, and transfers for private asset funds from initiation to completion.
• Reviewing and processing fund documentation, including LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, and term sheets, and configuring them in the AssetCare Portal.
• Overseeing transaction processing for liquid funds, covering subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
• Monitoring dealing cycles and investor registers, coordinating with Fund Accounting for accuracy and consistency.
• Guaranteeing timely and precise reporting for investors and fund managers, including regulatory reports like FATCA/CRS.
• Acting as the primary contact for auditors and maintaining control over the Transfer Agency process, including for ISAE audits.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and further automating the AssetCare Portal in collaboration with Product & Engineering.
