We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Concierge to lead the Concierge team at a prestigious luxury resort hotel in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Director of Front Office, this role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of resort operations, and a genuine passion for guest service excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while driving concierge operations and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Concierge Department, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the Concierge team to achieve the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure guests receive accurate information and personalized recommendations regarding resort facilities, dining venues, activities, and local attractions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, tour operators, transportation providers, and local partners.
• Coordinate guest transportation, special requests, VIP arrangements, and bespoke experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure concierge services align with brand standards and luxury hospitality benchmarks.
• Prepare staff schedules, oversee attendance, and manage team performance reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout the resort.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Concierge Manager or similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Proven experience managing and leading a Concierge team.
• Strong understanding of resort operations, facilities, guest activities, and luxury guest expectations.
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, continuous learning, and concierge operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and service recovery skills.
• Excellent command of English; European language proficiency is highly desirable.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.

This position reports directly to the Director of Front Office and follows an operational schedule based on luxury hospitality requirements. Weekly days off are rotational and subject to operational needs.
