As Head Chef, you will have the freedom and responsibility to elevate the kitchen:
- You will oversee the entire kitchen operation and be part of the management team;
- You will lead, coach, and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere;
- You will create innovative, seasonal menus with an emphasis on quality and local ingredients;
- You will manage quality, efficiency, purchasing, stock control, and financial performance;
- You will actively contribute to the hotel's ongoing development and have the liberty to realize your culinary vision.
