In this hands-on leadership role, you will be present on the production floor daily and act as the right hand of the Shift Manager. You will monitor safety, quality, and process discipline, guide operators, and ensure that deviations are promptly identified, addressed, and resolved.

You will actively participate in the process, supervise the execution of tasks, and ensure that basic routines and quality controls are consistently followed. You will support the Shift Manager, take over responsibilities during their absence, and play a crucial role in identifying and solving structural problems.
