In this position, you will coordinate and perform maintenance tasks, assist engineers and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will also be responsible for overseeing building systems and responding to emergencies.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Escort and brief maintenance staff and engineers as needed.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance programs continuously.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with asset-specific maintenance and safety manuals.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and engineers for maintenance efforts.
• Oversee building systems including fire safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Manage equipment and construction warranties during defect liability periods.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Assist with maintenance and engineering issues as necessary.
• Implement inventory control programs and purchase parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company directives.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with the team to improve technical service delivery and workplace experience.

Vereisten

• Relevant handyman or small project experience.
• Knowledge of predictive, preventive, and protective maintenance.
• Familiarity with building systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate contractor work.
• Understanding of safety and environmental concerns related to equipment.
• Computer literacy and experience with work order management systems.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and related applications.
