The Role: As a hairdresser, you will perform dry cuts for both women and men, provide exceptional customer service, understand and meet clients' needs, promote and sell hair care products, and contribute to a pleasant work atmosphere while maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dry cuts for women and men.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs.
- Promote and sell hair care products.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas for a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher).
- Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
- European passport.

- Competitive salary structure starting at €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience, with additional bonuses for performance, overtime, and product sales. Salary increases for candidates with more experience.
- A 37-hour work week with flexibility, including two Saturdays off per month, and paid overtime.
