The Role

As a hairdresser, you will perform dry cuts for both women and men, provide exceptional customer service, and understand clients' needs. You will also promote and sell hair care products, contribute to a pleasant work atmosphere, and maintain cleanliness in common areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
• Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
• European passport.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary structure: Starting salary of €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience, with additional bonuses based on performance, overtime, and product sales. Higher salaries for candidates with more experience.
• Schedule & flexibility: A 37-hour work week with two Saturdays off per month, and all overtime hours are paid.
