The Role
As a hairdresser, you will perform dry cuts for both women and men, provide exceptional customer service, and promote hair care products. You will also contribute to a pleasant and collaborative work environment and maintain clean and organized common areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform dry cuts for women and men.
- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting clients' needs.
- Promote and sell hair care products.
- Actively contribute to creating a pleasant and collaborative work environment.
- Keep common areas clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
- Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
- Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
- European passport.

- Competitive salary structure starting at €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience, with additional bonuses based on performance, overtime, and product sales.
- Enjoy a 37-hour work week with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month. All overtime hours are paid.
