Deine Aufgaben:
In deiner Beratung verbindest du Empathie und Fachwissen – so sorgst du für zufriedene Kundinnen und Kunden und bestmögliches Hören. Mit moderner Technik wählst du aus unserer breiten Produktpalette das optimale Hörsystem aus und passt es individuell an. Anschließend dokumentierst du die Ergebnisse und stellst sicher, dass jede Anpassung optimal sitzt. Du führst intensive Beratungsgespräche durch: nah, persönlich und ohne Verkaufsdruck, da wir herstellerunabhängig arbeiten. Damit alles reibungslos läuft, kümmerst du dich um Organisatorisches: Bestellungen, Kundendaten, Wareneingänge, Verordnungen und Reparaturen.
