De Rol

The community team's principle is the individual resident's own strength and their network, the strength of the neighborhood, and the strength of the team member. Together, they create a strong foundational structure in the neighborhood, where everyone does as much as possible on their own, while residents also receive the support and assistance they need. Intensive collaboration occurs with social partners such as welfare organizations, schools, general practitioners, and youth protection services in Rotterdam Rijnmond. The community team maintains an overview of the process and takes charge when necessary.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Screening of reported youth cases in the community team.
• Treating and guiding clients.
• Providing work supervision to colleague psychologists/orthopedagogues.
• Collaborating with fellow psychologists or orthopedagogues to ensure and share responsibility for thorough treatment of community team clients.
• Organizing and chairing multidisciplinary meetings in the area and participating in community team meetings.

Vereisten

• A BIG registered GZ-psychologist or generalist orthopedagogue.
• Experience as a GZ-psychologist/generalist orthopedagogue in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Knowledge of multiple methodologies and focus areas.
• An SKJ registration in the professional register for youth and family professionals.

A positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required to qualify for this position. Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application process.
