In your role as a GZ psychologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, assessing, and treating clients facing both simple and complex issues. Treatments are often conducted in group settings. As the lead therapist, you will maintain an overview and collaboratively establish treatment plans with clients and co-therapists according to our 'Fit on the Way' approach.

Your expertise is valuable. In addition to treatment, you will have ample opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in broader contexts. You will actively participate in innovation, methodology, and policy development, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services.

If you enjoy sharing your expertise, there is the possibility to provide work supervision and/or guidance to junior psychologists and psychologists in training (PIOG). At the same time, you will never be alone: the team is rich in expertise, and you can always rely on the knowledge and experience of your colleagues.
