We are looking for a Technical Lead with extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading full-cycle implementations or major enhancement programs, along with a deep understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and integration development for Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Manage technical dependencies and lead distributed teams.
• Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, Gosu, PCF, and Guidewire Studio.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST APIs, and web services.
• Good understanding of Guidewire integration patterns and external system interfaces.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Guidewire ClaimCenter certification preferred; ACE or equivalent certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Guidewire Cloud and cloud migration.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, automated testing, and performance tuning.
