Your role in the journey

As a Guest Service Specialist, you are the voice of our hotel. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling reservation requests.
• Coordinating the financial administration within the hotel.
• Responding to all incoming communication through phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Coordinating pre-arrival and post-stay communication with guests.
• Managing feedback and online reviews.
• Ensuring all in-house guest requests are followed up professionally.
• Working closely with other Front of House teams to deliver exceptional experiences while maintaining LQA and brand standards.

What you’ll bring

• Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Flexibility within your schedule, no 9 till 5 mentality.
• A natural drive to connect with people.
• An ability to surprise guests with your special touch.
• Spontaneity, an open attitude, and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; Dutch or other foreign languages are a plus.
