The Role

As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and one of the last they see before departure. Your welcoming smile, local recommendations, and commitment to going the extra mile will contribute to creating lasting memories for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide local recommendations and tips for exploring Amsterdam.
• Assist with luggage and transportation arrangements for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience during busy periods.
• Act as a host and ambassador for both Kimpton and the city.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people.
• Energetic and proactive attitude, with a focus on helping others.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and create meaningful connections.
