The Role

As a Porter, you will often be the first person guests encounter upon arrival and one of the last they see before departing. Your welcoming smile after a long journey, local recommendations for exploring Amsterdam, and willingness to go the extra mile will contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide local recommendations and information to enhance guests' visits.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Act as a host, guide, and ambassador for both Kimpton and the city.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to make guests feel comfortable and at home.
• Energetic and proactive attitude, with a focus on helping others.
• Confidence in English; additional languages are a plus.
