• Define the Affiliate Marketing strategy, vision, roadmap, and channel priorities.
• Develop and roll out channel playbooks, utilizing testing and industry best practices to enhance performance.
• Identify new growth opportunities through affiliate partnerships, card-linking programs, and retail media.
• Lead the test-and-learn agenda across partners, platforms, audiences, and commercial models.
• Explore new technologies, automation, and partner solutions to enhance channel efficiency.
• Define channel KPIs and improve tracking, attribution, and incrementality measurement.
• Negotiate partner contracts, commission structures, and commercial agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with key affiliate partners and platforms.
• Develop commercial models that maximize incremental value across global and local markets.
• Support regional Growth Marketing teams with scalable strategies and market-specific solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members, building affiliate marketing expertise across the organization.

• 8–10 years of Affiliate Marketing experience, ideally in a large-scale consumer, e-commerce, or app-based business.
• Expert knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, ideally AWIN.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including contracts, commissions, and partnership agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience designing incrementality studies and using measurement data to guide investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of web and app tracking, attribution, and measurement tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch.
• Experience managing stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams, as well as external partners.
• Background in international, matrixed organizations, balancing global strategy with local market needs.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
